Theoretical and practical conference “Electronic legislation: access to the normative legal information in digital environment”

Dear colleagues,

The Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library welcomes you to attend the theoretical and practical conference “Electronic legislation: access to the normative legal information in digital environment”.

The conference will take place April 14, 2011 in St. Petersburg, 3 Senatskaya Square. The registration hours will be 10:00 – 11:00; the conference begins at 11:00.

The conference is held in accordance with the Information Society Development Strategy in the RF in order to provide a high level of accessibility to the legal information by the population, improvement of public administration efficiency.

The conference will be attended by scholars, directors and employees of the state power bodies, centers of legal information, cultural, scientific and educational institutions, experts in the field of legal informatization, legal publishing houses, developers of legal reference systems.

The sessions will be broadcasted on the Presidential Library portal; there is a possibility to take part in the sessions in the videoconference mode; the collected lectures will be issued.
