The restored interiors of the Alexander Palace in Tsarskoye Selo will be available to the public at the end of 2020.

The restoration of the palace has been conducting since 2011. Some of the items were re-made according to samples.

Initially, the Alexander Palace was built by the order of Catherine II for her eldest grandson Alexander, the future emperor Alexander I. Nicholas II lived there in the summer of 1917 after abdicating and before leaving for exile in Tobolsk.
