Conference room

The parade, ceremonial and multifunctional atrium-hall with a total area of ​​about 800 m2 is designed for events of various formats: from conferences, conventions, meetings, receptions, presentations to concert programs.

The room contains 300 seats, a presidium table for 9 workplaces and a rostrum. The table of the presidium and the tribune are equipped with a conference system. If necessary, the number of seats can be increased. The organization of the space can be changed in accordance with the format of the event.

 The room is equipped with mobile soundproof panels, wireless conference systems, sound amplification, simultaneous interpretation, stereoscopic projection, large pull-out screen for the demonstration of video materials and eight plasma panels. A video image from the cinema cameras is provided on plasma panels in real time during an event. It is possible to connect remote participants via video conferencing mode and direct Internet broadcast of events.
