24 November 2011 the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library opened the Center of access to its resources in rome. The presentation was held in the context of launch of the Russian Center of Science and Culture (RCSC) whose visitors now have an opportunity to use the holdings of the Presidential Library.

Presidential Library signed cooperation agreement with Moscow Region
The Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library signed a cooperation agreement with Moscow Region Government on November 22 2011 in Pushkino, Moscow Region. The joint work is to result in foundation of the Presidential Library’s branch in the region.

Open lecture center was launched at the Presidential Library
17 November 2011, on the eve of the 300th birthday anniversary of M. V. Lomonosov, the Presidential Library launched a video lecture center. The audience in the library as well as Internet users will have an opportunity to assist lectures of representatives of the leading academic and educational institutions of Russia.
