The First International Legal Forum in St. Petersburg
From 19 to 21 May 2011 in St. Michael's (Engineers) Castle was held the first St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Foundation "Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum" with the support of the Presidential Administration and Government of St. Petersburg, attended also by representatives of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
The Presidential Library opened Electronic Reading room in Finland
May 18, 2011 in Helsinki, opened the Center of access to the electronic resources of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library. Visitors of the Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Finland now have an opportunity to use the library’s holdings.

21 April 2011 opened Center of access to the resources of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library in Ljubljana. Its presentation has been held as a part of the opening ceremony of the Russian Science and Culture Center in the Republic of Slovenia.
Conference on legal information in electronic environment
14 April 2011 the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library held the first theoretical and practical conference “Electronic legislation: access to normative legal information in electronic environment” organized in joint effort with the Federal Protective Service of Russia. Information partners of the event were “Garant” company and “Codex” consortium.
