Presidential Library dedicated to National Unity Day
November 4, 2025, is National Unity Day in Russia. This public holiday was established 20 years ago, in 2005, after the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted amendments to the Federal Law "On Days of Military Glory (Victory Days) of Russia."
New collection presented at Presidential Library to mark National Unity Da
On 1 November 2025, an educational event dedicated to National Unity Day was held at the Presidential Library. This holiday is celebrated annually in our country on 4 November. It is a significant date in Russian national history. On this day in 1612, a decisive victory was won over foreign invaders, which led to the liberation of Moscow.

From October 30 to November 7, 2025, the Presidential Library will host a series of educational seminars for employees of the book collection department of the All-Russian Museum of A. S. Pushkin. The in-person training, which will include theoretical and practical classes, will be conducted by specialists from the book collection department.
Presentation of art album Planet Rus and screening of film about its author took place at Reserve Centre of Presidential Library
On 30 October 2025, the Reserve Centre of the Presidential Library in Moscow (4 Slavyanskaya Square, Building 1) hosted a formal presentation of the art album Planet Rus and a screening of the documentary film The Mighty Lion. The film is dedicated to the life and work of the author of the publication, renowned art historian and Honoured Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation Lev Milovidov, who is celebrating his 85th birthday this year.

October 29 marks Komsomol Day in Russia. Materials from the collection Komsomol in Russian History on the Presidential Library portal tell the story of how this organization was created, which for many years united entire generations of young people in our country.
Teachers and librarians from Yekaterinburg to improve their qualifications at Presidential Library
From October 27 to 31, 2025, the Presidential Library will conduct training for employees of educational institutions in the city of Yekaterinburg as part of an additional professional development program entitled "Improving the effectiveness of the educational process based on methods for using the digital resources of the Presidential Library." The training will be conducted remotely.
