The Presidential Library features "Sacred Sites of Leningrad land"

The Tikhvin Assumption Monastery, Datsan Gunzechoinei in Saint-Petersburg, the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Primorsk, the Temple of Ambrose of Optina in Sosnovy Bor - these and other sacred sites for different faiths will be presented at a mobile exhibition in the Presidential Library. The exposition is prepared by the Friendship House of Leningrad Region and will be held from November 1 and until the end of 2018 in the historic building of the Synod.

The authors of the presented paintings are the participants of the project of the “Ethnovzglyad” Friendship House, artists of different nationalities, professionals and amateurs. All of them were teamed up by one goal - to show the spirit of creativity of people living and working in the region, the natural and architectural beauty of these places, the uniqueness of the multinational culture of Leningrad Region.
