Rules which govern social behavior to be considered in the Presidential Library

On October 30, 2018, at 14:00 the Presidential Library will host the first of a series of lectures by the leading expert in the field of ceremonial Ivan Artsishevsky.

Ivan Sergeevich was born in China in the family of the first wave of Russian émigrés. When he was 17 years old, they moved to the USSR. After graduating from university, Ivan Sergeevich worked for a long time abroad. On return, he headed the State Protocol Administration of the St. Petersburg Administration.

Today I. S. Artsishevsky shares his gathered experience with students of Russian and foreign universities, as well as with all those who wish to, on author's courses. At a lecture at the Presidential Library, you can learn about the structure of up-to-date etiquette, a systematic approach to it, and also get practical skills for greeting, addressing, acquaintance and presentation.

The event will be broadcasted live on the Presidential Library portal in the “Live broadcast” section.
