The congress for children’s rights ombudsman in Russia to open at the Presidential Library

The 17th Congress for children’s rights ombudsman in the Russian Federation “The Right of the Child to Safety. New Challenges and Solutions” will take place at the Presidential library on August 24, 2021. The event will be broadcast live on the Presidential Library's portal in Live broadcasts section and on the institution's YouTube channel.

The events of the Congress, which will be held on August 24-25 at different venues, will be attended by Anna Kuznetsova, Children's Rights Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation and Alexander Drozdenko, Governor of Leningrad Region.

August 24

9:00 - opening of the exhibition of the Government of Leningrad Region "Safe Childhood" in the Presidential Library (St. Petersburg, Senate Square, 3).

10:00 - 11:00 - official opening at the Presidential Library (St. Petersburg, Senate Square, 3).

11:00 - 12:30 - plenary session at the Presidential Library (St. Petersburg, Senate Square, 3).

14:30 – 17:30 - practical workshop at the site of the Leningrad Regional Institute for the Development of Education (St. Petersburg, Chkalovsky prospect, 25A).

August 25

10:00 - 13.30 - work on the sites of educational organizations of Vsevolozhsk and Gatchina districts.

15:30 - 17:00 - closing of the congress at the House of Government of Leningrad Region (St. Petersburg, Suvorovsky prospect, 67).
