The secret code of Russian balls to be revealed in the Presidential Library

March 16, 2018 at 20:00 the Presidential Library (Senatskaya Square, 3) will host the second concert of the musical and educational project "Music of Russian statehood".

The event "Balls. Music. Intrigue" will be devoted to the era of the reigns of Russian empresses Anna Ioannovna and Yelizaveta Petrovna. The secrets that were kept by the Russian imperial court, the secret code of Russian balls, the music that sounded under the arches of palaces will be revealed at the concert on March 16. The music that carried its captivating charm through the ages will be performed at the concert.

 "Music of Russian statehood" is a cycle of ten multimedia concerts accompanied by a fascinating narrative of the famous Russian historian, writer, creator of the project "Russia is My History" Alexander Myasnikov. All events take place in the Presidential Library.

The concert will be broadcasted live on the Presidential Library portal in the section "Live Broadcast".

The concert cycle is organized by the Foundation of the International Festival of Classical Music "Palaces of St. Petersburg" and the Presidential Library. The project "Music of the Russian statehood" is implemented using the grant of the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by the Foundation for Presidential Grants.

 

Accreditation for media representatives is available till 16:00, March 15, 2018.

The letter should indicate the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), list of carry-on equipment, contact numbers, name of the media.

Please, note, that the entrance to the Presidential Library for media representatives is carried out only by pre-register and upon showing a passport through the entrance № 2.
