The development of student self-government to be discussed at the Presidential Library

March 14, 2018 at 18:00 in the Presidential Library will be held the annual conference of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Youth Movement "Association of Students and Students' Associations of Russia" (ASO of Russia).

Participants of the event will be more than 200 students of educational organizations of the city, government officials, public figures and activists.

A key event of the conference will be a panel discussion: "Student Self-Government: Prospects and Challenges". A number of issues will be discussed: the rights and duties of the student community and how they are observed in the country's educational institutions; standards for the formation of student councils and what needs to be changed in them; can we talk about a single network of student councils in the country; how the activities of the student councils affect the quality of education and much more.

 Accreditation for media representatives is available until 18:00, March 13, 2018.

The letter should indicate the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact numbers, name of the media.

Please, note, that the entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only upon prior request and upon showing a passport: participants and guests of the event go through entrance № 1, representatives of the media go through entrance № 2.
