Unique Sevastopol - at the Presidential Library exhibition

From March 16 to April 13, 2018 an exhibition of Vladimir Olkhov "Hero City of Sevastopol - today" is opened at the Presidential Library.

The exposition features works performed in complex and rare mixed technique (gouache, acrylic, tempera), which depict the views of the artist's native city at different times of the year. Historical and architectural monuments, panoramas of Sevastopol and its environs, created by a virtuoso master, are not only accurate, but also filled with a special mood, harmony, purity and light.

Vladimir Olkhov is a member of the All-Russian Creative Public Union of Artists of Russia, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, a representative of the "neoclassical" trend in contemporary art. This artist is a broad creative range: painter, graphic artist, restorer, who owns the technique of monumental decorative painting, icon painting.

There are almost 20 personal exhibitions in the biography of Vldaimir Olkhov. His landscapes, still lifes, portraits, genre paintings are presented at auctions, galleries, private collections in Russia, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Poland, the USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Japan.
