The Presidential Library invites to have a tour

From 26 to 29 March, 2018 the Presidential Library conducts thematic tours free of charge in the framework of the intermuseum-university festival "To Museum - Today, to Science - Tomorrow!"

During the tour prepared by the specialists of the Presidential Library, it is possible to find out about the professions whose representatives work in the institution. They are bibliographers, researchers, technologists, filmmakers, programmers, video engineers, journalists, guides, managers, designers, exhibition specialists. Tourists will visit the conference hall and multimedia hall-transformer, equipped with the latest technical equipment using 3D-technologies; in the electronic reading room they will learn about the possibilities of working with digital documents both in the library's fund and on the Internet portal.

The entrance to the building of the Presidential Library is possible only upon showing the passports - in advance (no later than one working day) by the submitted lists with passport data on the attached form. The list should indicate the contact details of the responsible person (full name, mobile phone number).

Accreditation for media representatives

Applications for accreditation should be sent in the attached form with a note "Media Accreditation" to media@prlib.ru, pechnikova@prlib.ru, Tatiana Pechnikova, tel.: (812) 305-16-21, ext. 534; mob.: +7 921 998-06-78

The letter should indicate the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact numbers, name of the media.

Please, note, that the entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only upon prior request and upon showing a passport: participants and guests of the event go through entrance №1, representatives of the media go through entrance №2.
