Marking 200th anniversary of Fyodor Dostoevsky: the Presidential Library’s video lecture spotlights the role of the family in the life and career of the classic
April 2, 2021 at 11:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host a video lecture entitled "The Value of a Family in Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Worldview" within the framework of the Knowledge of Russia project. This is the second event in the series of lectures "Fyodor Dostoevsky - Talking of Values", dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the world famous writer, which will be celebrated on November 11, 2021.
The Presidential Library to present a film about the last Russian emperor’s children
The Presidential Library’s regular сinema сlub meeting will take place on March 30, 2021 at 16:00. The cinema club's program includes screening of the documentary Blank Pages, which tells about the fate of Nicholas II’s children, the Grand Duchesses and the Tsarevich, through the prism of historical documents, diaries and personal letters of the heroes.

More than 500 foreign schoolchildren and students became finalists of the Presidential Library’s Olympiad
The final stage of the annual interactive Olympiad of the Presidential Library "Russia in the Electronic World" on the subject "Russian as a Foreign Language" takes place from March 29 to March 31, 2021. It is attended by 509 schoolchildren and students from 30 countries: Great Britain, Egypt, Cote d'Ivoire (a state in West Africa), Croatia, Romania and others. The lists of finalists are published on the Olympiad’s website.
