Nikolai Leskov (1831-1895)

The collection is devoted to the 190th anniversary of Nikolai Leskov, the Russian writer, literary critic and publicist. It features digital copies of books, brochures, periodicals and other materials. In particular, it includes the first edition of the novel At Daggers Drawn, published in the Russkiy Vestnik magazine in 1870-1871. Along with the works by Nikolai Leskov, the collection contains materials about the writer's life and career.

The collection involved materials from the Fundamental Library of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, websites of the Institute of Russian Literature (Pushkin House), the Russian Academy of Sciences, Voronezh State University, etc.
