The collection includes both historical sources relating to the right to vote (official and archival documents), as well as research works.
The collection includes the following sections: the history of electoral system in Russia, the electoral system in Russia today, and educational resources. Editions of the second section present the electoral system of modern Russia - the presidential election, the election of the deputies of the State Duma, of the representative bodies of the subjects of the Federation and local self-government. The documents of this section represent the modern system of realization of democratic principles on the basis of the electoral system of the Russian Federation.
