The Knowledge Forum in the Presidential Library is timed to coincide with the centenary of the Constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic of 1918, as well as 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993. The conference will bring together scholars, representatives of universities of Russia, authorities and invited experts, who will focus on the century-long history of the Basic Law of Russia and address the issues of drafting and adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The conference starts at 12 p.m. Entrance into the building is available from 11 a.m.
The registration of participants is open until 11.59 p.m., August 30.
