The 5th International Congress “Modern Youth at the Modern Library” is held in Moscow, October 11–12, 2018. The forum has been organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Russian State Library for Young Adults, the Russian Library Association Young Adult Library Services Department. In the spotlight is the theme “Youth Volunteers at the Library”.
