History of St. Petersburg: Exhibition “Daniil Granin’s Leningrad Under Siege” to kick off in the Museum of the Political History

The 75th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege is marked in 2019. Moreover, this year marks 45 years since the publication of Leningrad Under Siege (A Book of the Blockade) and the centenary of the birth of its author – Daniil Granin. An exhibition, organized by the Daniil Granin Foundation and the Museum of the Political History of Russia that will kick off  in the museum on September 7, 2019 will spotlight this commemorative dates.  

Leningrad Under Siege (A Book of the Blockade) – is a documentary chronicle of the siege of Leningrad, which was written by Daniil Granin together with Ales Adamovich.
