Memory of Russia and the World: A proposal is made to set up museums dedicated to the defence and siege of Leningrad in CIS countries

Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov came up with a proposal to set up museums devoted to the defence and siege of Leningrad in CIS countries, whose representatives helped to defend the city during the Great Patriotic War. His proposal was supported by participants in the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly’s plenary session, which took place in the Tauride Palace on April 19, 2019.
