Libraries and Society: Annual Meeting of Directors of Children’s Libraries of Russia to be held in Moscow

On December 3–5, 2019 the Russian State Children’s Library (Moscow) is hosting the Annual Meeting of Directors of Children’s Libraries of Russia, which is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The theme of the meeting is: “Modern Children’s Library: Extending the Frontiers. Marking the Anniversary of the Russian State Children’s Library”.

Representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and cultural professionals will make speeches as part of the meeting. The programme of the event also features meetings, open lectures, a foresight session, and a panel discussion.
