Marking the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory: New permanent exhibition of the Victory Museum - "People's Feat" to open in May 2020

The new permanent exhibition of the Victory Museum - "People's Feat" will be ready by May 2020. The scientific concept of a large project was developed with the support of the Russian Military Historical Society.

The exposition will occupy an area of ​​more than 3 thousand square meters and will contain about 7 thousand exhibits, as well as modern multimedia complexes.

The created space will immerse guests in the atmosphere of war and will help the visitors to fell themselves as participants in the events.

The "immersion effect" will be achieved by audio and visual means. For example, with the help of films featuring the reconstruction of events that will be screened on the walls of the exposition halls.

The new permanent exhibition will include of 3D panoramas "Brest Fortress, 194" and "Veliky Novgorod, 1944" created by the team of Dmitry Poshtarenko. The same team will also perform sculptural compositions for the sections "Miracle of Evacuation", "Occupation", "Liberation of Europe" and others.
