History and Culture: Exhibition devoted to the Imperial House of Romanov opened in Moscow Region
The exhibition "300th Anniversary of the History of the Imperial House of Romanov in the graphics of the XVIII-XX centuries" from the collection of the Kaluga Fine Arts Museum was opened in the Museum of the Orthodox Educational Center "Usovo-Spasskoye" (Moscow Region).
It presents a unique collection of engraved and lithographed portraits (in copies) of the Russian Imperial House representatives and famous figures of their time, pictures of residences, palaces and temples of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. The works were created by Russian and foreign masters in the first half of the XVIII - early XX centuries.
In 2020, the exhibition will be showcased in Perm, Sevastopol, Sverdlovsk, Bryansk and Kaluga Regions.
The exhibition of unique engravings and lithographs will run in the Museum of the Orthodox Educational Center "Usovo-Spasskoye" until July 14.
