Internet and Culture: Internet portal "Osip Mandelstam Digital" launched

The HSE University Centre for Digital Humanities Research and the Mandelstam Society launched the "Osip Mandelstam Digital" Internet portal.

The project aims to collect and preserve various versions of the poet's poems and relevant scientific literature.

The "Osip Mandelstam Digital" resource features links between poems and relevant scientific works. It is also possible to survey poems described in the article or book (in many cases, the original text in full is available via the link).

The core of this index base is the bibliography compiled by O. A. Lekmanov, E. A. Glukhovskoy and A. A. Chaban for the poetry collection, published in 2017.

The resource's options are more reach:

- it is possible to switch between the versions of poems from different editions thanks to the choice of redactions, provided by Vladimir Litvinov (Mandelstam Society);

- the texts of the separate edition have detailed poetry characteristics prepared by V. A. Plungyan and D. V. Sichninava for the National Corpus of the Russian language;

- a part of information related to the Mandelstam studies is visualized.
