Libraries and Society: The All-Russian Campaign "Biblionoch"

On April 21 and 22, 2017, the All-Russian action "Biblionoch" is held in the country under the general theme "New reading". More than 80 regions of Russia take part in the action.

The annual reading festival "Biblionoch" has been held in Russia for the sixth time. A special program is waiting for visitors in libraries, book stores, literary museums of the country. In the participating regions poetry readings and master classes, book fairs and meetings with writers will be held.

The organizers of the action "Biblinoch-2017" - the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the portal of cultural heritage and traditions of Russia "Kultura.RF". In the special project of the portal "Kultura.RF", users will find the best events of "Biblionoch" in their city, interesting facts from the history of books and libraries, audio versions of Russian classics and thematic lectures.

All interested persons can follow the events of the action in social networks, to participate in the flashmob "Literary prediction in Biblionoch", and also to upload their bibliographic photographs with the official hashtags of the action: #Bibinoch, #kulturaRF.
