Libraries and Society: The All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries is launched in St. Petersburg

November 17-18, 2017 the Russian National Library of Russia (St. Petersburg) is hosting the VI All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries on the theme "The Ecology of the Library: from the People's Commissariat of Education to the Present." In recent years, the forum has become a notable library event within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
