Expert Council about book monuments

The Expert Council about book monuments of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library was established on August 7, 2020 in order to provide expert review of documents and collections of documents (handwritten books, printed publications) for their compliance with the criteria for classifying documents as book monuments and assigning documents a status of a book monument.
