The electronic reading room provides access to the following resources:
National Electronic Library (NEL)
Federal state information system, providing access to the integrated collections of Russian public libraries of the federal, regional, municipal statutes, scientific libraries and educational institutions, as well as copyright holders. The NEL comprises collections of digitized documents (both open access and limited by copyright), as well as a catalogue of publications stored in Russian libraries.
The information retrieval system "ETALON-ONLINE" is developed and supported by the National Centre for Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus (NCLI). NCLI is the central state scientific and practical institution that collects, records, processes, stores, systematizes and updates standard legal information. The institution provides its distribution (provision), expert and analytical activities in these areas, as well as the official publication of legal acts.
More than 330,000 documents from the standard data bank of legal information of the Republic of Belarus, the data bank "Court Practice", the data bank "Law Enforcement Practices", the data bank "Forms of Documents" are available in the electronic reading room.
The list features 110 sectors and sub-sectors; 8 federal districts of the Russian Federation; 250 countries, territories and regions; 600 sources; 190,000 materials on the main page, including 90,000 articles and interviews of 30,000 persons; Important and References sections; sphinxsearch search engine. It releases thousands of news daily and promotes full-text articles in Russian. The list contains millions of stories of news agencies and business press, issued for 20 years. Machine translation of the entire website is available into dozens of languages.
