Federal decree on “The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation” adopted
22 February 1995
22 February 1995 the State Duma adopted the law on “The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation” which stated the aim, legislative bases, principles, areas of activity, powers and means of the agencies of the Federal Security Service, as well as the order of control and supervision of their work.
