Nikolai Polisarpovich Vlasenko (1912-1941) - political instructor of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, a participant in the Polish Red Army's campaign of the Red Army, the Soviet- Finnish and Great Patriotic Wars, Hero of the Soviet Union (1940). In 1932 he joined the CPSU (b). In 1933-1935 he served in the Red Army. After military service, he entered the historical faculty of the Leningrad Communist Political and Educational Institute. N. K. Krupskaya. During his studies at the institute he was an excellent student, he led an active public work. At the end of her studies, according to the direction signed by NK Krupskaya, NP Vlasenko becomes the director and teacher of the history and constitution of the USSR of a cultural and educational school in the town of Bor of the Gorky Region. In 1939, N. P. Vlasenko was repeatedly drafted into the army. Distinguished during the Soviet-Finnish war - was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union, with the award of the Order of Lenin and the medal "Gold Star". In 1941 he entered the post-graduate course of the Military-Political Academy. At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, NP Vlasenko was appointed commander of a tank platoon. In October 1941, heroically died near Mtsensk .
