Nikolay Polisarpovich Vlasenko (1912-1941) - political instructor of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, participant in the Polish Red Army, Soviet-Finnish and Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union (1940) In 1932 he joined the CPSU (b) In 1933-1935 he served in the Red Army.
