Nikolay Polisarpovich Vlasenko (1912-1941) - political instructor of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, participant in the Polish Red Army, Soviet-Finnish and Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union (1940) In 1932 he joined the CPSU (b) In 1933-1935 he served in the Red Army. After military service, he entered the History Department of the Leningrad Communist Political Educational Institute named after NK Krupskaya. After graduation, according to the direction signed by NK Krupskaya, NP Vlasenko became the director and teacher of the history and constitution of the USSR cultural and educational school in the city e Bor of the Gorky region In 1939, NP Vlasenko was repeatedly drafted into the army. Distinguished during the Soviet-Finnish war - he was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union, with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal.
