On August 24, 2018, representatives of the Presidential Library arrived in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to attend the 84th General Conference and Assembly of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). The theme of the 2018 conference is "Transforming Libraries: Transforming Society." 3516 delegates from 112 countries take part in the conference. The specialists of the Presidential Library took part in the opening ceremony of the conference, the work of various sessions, meetings of professional committees, as well as in the annual regional meeting of representatives of CIS libraries. The conference will end on August 30, 2018
