Vasily Stepanovic Lukinsky (1904-1987) - veteran of World War II, military doctor. He served on the Leningrad front in the Baltic Fleet aviation. He graduated from the Military Theoretical School of Pilots of the Air Force of the Red Army (1931), served as an instructor-pilot in the 14th Military School of Pilots of Engels (1931-1933), in the period 1934-1935. - Head of the Arkhangelsk Aero Club Osoaviahima. After demobilization from aviation for health reasons (1935), he graduated from the Military Medical Academy (1940). In 1953 he retired with the rank of major medical service. Awarded the medals "For the Harrow of Leningrad" (1942), "For Military Merit" (1944) and other state awards .
