Historical certificate: The Commission on Police Transformation in the Empire was established by order of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers P.A.Stolypin at the Ministry of the Interior in late 1906.The circle of its tasks included: the revision of the current and the development of new laws that determine the conditions of service and the procedure for the police.The chairman was appointed a comrade of the Minister of Internal Affairs, later the State Secretary, Senator L.A.Makarov.Until 1919, the commission was under the police department.With the appointment in 1909 A.A.Makarov by the State Secretary of the Commission was concentrated in the state office.After the work of the commission, all its cases were transferred to the police department.Under the State Council, only its incomplete paperwork remained.The commission graduated and ceased to exist in 1913 |
