Vasily Ilyich Drobyshev (born in 1926) participated in the Great Patriotic War from September 1943. Fought in the battles for the liberation of Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, Patriotic War II degree, medals "For the capture of Koenigsberg", "For the capture of Berlin", "For courage". In 2008, at the invitation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, represented the hero city of Murmansk in the parade on Red Square among honorary guests, participants of the Great Patriotic War .
