The selection of materials includes: photo of the medal " In commemoration of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg "and the certificate to the Krasnolutsky medal Ninely Viktorovna. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 19, 2003, Krasnolutskaya Ninel Viktorovna was awarded the medal "In memory of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg." The medal has the shape of a circle with a diameter of 32 mm, made of brass. On the obverse of the medal is a profile portrait image of Peter the Great, surmounted by a laurel wreath. Along the circumference of the medal is the inscription: "In memory of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg." On the reverse side of the medal, in the center, there is a vertical scepter superimposed on two crossed anchors - sea and river, along the edges of the medal - the numbers "1703" and "2003". All images and figures on medals are embossed. The medal with the aid of the ear and the ring is connected with a pentagonal pad, covered with silk moire ribbon. The width of the tape - 24 mm. The tape is red, with two white stripes on the edges, each 1 mm wide. Along the center line of the ribbon is the image of the 8 mm wide medal "For the Defense of Leningrad". The author of the design award is the artist Yevgeny Ukhnalev. Certificate to the medal: № 121540. The document is filled with black ink, stamped. The certificate is stamped and signed by the acting governor of St. Petersburg A. D. Beglov.
