RuThe Beige Hall
The Beige Hall is a versatile space designed for a variety of meetings, workshops, and conferences. The hall can accommodate up to 44 participants and features 18 conference tables and 24 lounge seats along the perimeter.
The room is equipped with high-tech audio-visual systems, including video cameras and a large plasma screen for presenting video materials and conducting virtual meetings. Additionally, a second plasma display in the foyer provides space for showcasing information and promotional materials. Live online streaming of events is also supported.
The White Hall
The White Hall is a versatile venue that can accommodate a variety of events, including meetings, workshops, conferences, and other gatherings. The space can hold up to 50 attendees and is equipped with 24 workstations. Each workstation has a wireless conference system, allowing participants to easily communicate during the event.
The hall also features a large plasma screen that can be used to display video materials. Audio and video recording equipment are also available, making it possible to capture and save important moments from the event. If additional seating is required, additional chairs can be brought in to accommodate the needs of the event.
The Round Table Conference Room
The conference room has been designed for roundtable discussions, workshops, and similar events. It has a capacity of up to 40 participants and features 20 workstations equipped with conference technology. Audio and video recording facilities are available, as is the option to install a plasma screen and additional seating.
