Residents of the Volgograd region will get familiar with the technological opportunities of the Presidential Library

The libraries of the Volgograd region are invited to participate in a series of bright outdoor events for schoolchildren and their parents in the framework of the regional project "Positive Summer"!

The project goal is to teach safe movement on the Internet to gain new knowledge and to open up an amazing world of information technologies and electronic resources of the Presidential and National libraries.

The Presidential Library regional center, which is running on the basis of the M. Gorky Volgograd Regional Universal Scientific Library, within the project will hold educational events for the youngest natives of Volgograd.

On the website of the Presidential Library Volgograd Region is represented by the collection "Volgograd Region: Pages of History". Studies, essays, memoirs, archive documents, official statistical collections and surveys, as well as journals of district zemstvo meetings devoted to the history, archeology, economics, demography and military-administrative development of the territories of the XIII-XX centuries, which are now part of the Volgograd Region, (the former Tsaritsyn and Kamyshin districts of the Saratov province) are illustrated.
