Children are taught safe activities on the Internet in Nefteyugansk

A center of remote access to the information resources of the Presidential Library, running at the Central Children's Library of Nefteyugansk, is hosting a series of events dedicated to security in the global net.

The guys get familiar with behaviors on the web, network etiquette. They actively participate in the discussion of the following topics: what benefits the Internet brings, what dangers lurk in the vastness of the World Wide Web and how to avoid them. Children also get familiar with the website "President of Russia – to citizens of school age".

The Presidential Library portal features collection "Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra: Pages of History". The proposed selection includes studies, essays, official documents, archival, statistical, visual and audio materials describing the administrative, socio-economic and cultural situation of the territories (late XVIII - early XXI century) that form part of the modern Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra. The current charter of the region is also presented.
