Penza Computer Club of All-Knowing and Beginners

From 3 to 13 July the Lermontov Penza Regional Library held a series of classes in a computer club of all-knowing and beginners.

In a present day world, computing skills are very relevant. Members of the club got familiar with the computer architecture, learned how to work in the Microsoft Word program, make video calls and use the Skype messaging service, as well as studied the Internet space. Members of the club also mastered the purchase of electronic tickets on the website of Russian Railways, booking hotels on booking.com, learned about the resources of the Presidential Library.

On the website of the Presidential Library, the Penza region is represented by the collection "Penza Region: Pages of History". The selection includes archive documents, essays, studies and statistical materials covering the demographic, geographic, socio-economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of the Penza region at the end of the XVIII century and the first third of the XX century. The current charter of the region is also presented.
