Specialists of Russian language in Slovakia discussed the issues of teaching Russian as a foreign language

March 19, 2019 the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Bratislava held a seminar on the program "Test control in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language", organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Slovakia together with the Center for Language Testing of the St. Petersburg State University.

The program of the seminar was addressed to Slovak teachers and teachers of the Russian language. The students got familiar with topical issues of certification testing of Russian as a foreign language, discussed issues of teaching in practice and test control of students. The great interest of experts was caused by the information about authentic texts in a foreign audience at different levels. Slovak Russian language specialists praised the relevance of the stated topics, as well as the opportunity to exchange experience with colleagues.

The Russian Language electronic collection is presented on the Presidential Library’s portal. It includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian literature, archival files, scientific works (including dissertations and theses), dictionaries and reference books, as well as textbooks of various types and levels. The collection will be of interest not only to the academic and educational community and linguists, but also to a wide circle of users who love and appreciate the Russian language.
