Interactive project dedicated to the main battles of the Great Patriotic War launched in Penza

Marking the year of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, the specialists of the Penza Regional Center of the Presidential Library at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library prepared an online project dedicated to the main battles of the Great Patriotic War.

Children and adults will have to visit virtual museums, see fragments of documentaries and photographs of the war years, find the necessary information in books and on maps of battles and complete tasks, the answers to which are provided on the websites of the Presidential Library and the Penza Electronic Library.

The Presidential Library’s portal has formed an electronic collection dedicated to Penza Region. It includes archival documents, essays, research and statistical materials spotlighting the demographic, geographical, socio-economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of the region at the end of the 18th - first third of the 20th century.
