Participants from Chelyabinsk won the Arctic quiz held by the Regional Center of Komi Republic

The Regional Center of the Presidential Library in the Komi Republic held an interactive interregional online quiz "Expedition of the XX century".

The event was held with the aim of promoting Arctic expeditions and scientific research on Arctic topics, drawing attention to the problems of nature conservation in this northern region. The collection of the Presidential Library Development of the Arctic was used while preparing for the quiz.

The winners of the quiz were students of school No. 109 in Chelyabinsk, who took part in the Chelyabinsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library.

The Presidential Library’s portal features Chelyabinsk Region: Pages of History collection. It includes official documents, archival materials, studies, essays, statistical, visual, cartographic and other materials spotlighting the administrative structure, geographical location, demographic, economic, socio-political, socio-cultural and other aspects of the history of Chelyabinsk Region.
