The remote access center of the Presidential Library opened at the Library-Archive of the First President of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

On May 24, 2023 the Library-Archive of the First President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Nikolaev Center", the branch of the National Library of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), opened the remote access center of the Presidential Library.

The ceremony was attended by Oleg Shor, director of the department dealing with the regions, director of the branch of the Presidential Library in Tyumen Region.

The event also included the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the National Library of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Presidential Library.

To date, more than 1,500 remote access centers to the resources of the Presidential Library have been opened in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation and 33 foreign countries. Their visitors have an opportunity to learn about the whole variety of collections of the library's electronic holdings, which contain hundreds of thousands of digitized copies of rare archival documents that spotlight the history of our country and make up its cultural heritage.
