The Pushkin Marathon held at the Sverdlovsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library

On April 9–10, 2024 specialists from the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library organized the “Pushkin Marathon” for volunteers and students of the Ural Forestry College of Yekaterinburg.

The event took place marking the year of the 225th anniversary of Alexander Pushkin dedicated to his life and career. The marathon participants were introduced to thematic resources on the Presidential Library's portal. In addition, the guys answered the quiz questions. It was prepared by specialists of the regional center based on the materials from the collection of the Presidential Library Alexander Pushkin (1799–1837).

The Presidential Library's portal features the collection Sverdlovsk Region: Pages of History. It includes statistical materials, studies, essays and photographs of the 19th – early 20th centuries, covering various aspects of the development of the region.
