Penza Regional Center of Presidential Library invites readers to virtual exhibition dedicated to Lermontov

The specialists of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, have created a virtual exhibition called Our Lermontov to mark the 210th anniversary of the birth of Mikhail Lermontov.

The exhibition explores the life and works of this great Russian poet, who is inextricably linked to Penza region and whose literary legacy has had a significant impact on Russian literature. The exhibition highlights the cultural significance of Lermontov's work and its importance for literary research.

The exposition features the collection of the Presidential Library Mikhail Lermontov (1814-1841), which contains materials that showcase the diverse personality of the brilliant poet and his role in Russian cultural life. The collection includes books, periodicals, and other publications featuring Mikhail Lermontov's works, as well as research on his life and works, postcards, and photographs.
