They also learn about the Russian language and the structure of the Presidential Library's collection. The students explore the possibilities of accessing the institution's resources through its electronic reading rooms.

In addition, they study the experience of using library resources for organizing and conducting various cultural, educational, and other events.

The program Improving the effectiveness of the educational process through the use of digital resources from the Presidential Library helps students to familiarize themselves with the structure and search engine of the library's portal. They learn how to work in electronic reading rooms and use library resources for educational purposes, including organizing projects and events. Students also study the contents of the collections included in the history textbook used by high school students.

The training of employees from cultural and educational organizations in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and Makeyevka, Donetsk People's Republic, with which the government of the autonomous okrug has signed a cooperation agreement, is carried out on additional professional training programs in accordance with a plan of joint activities using the information and educational resources of the Presidential Library for 2023-2025. This plan was signed during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug became the first region to sign a similar plan with the library.

The Presidential Library and the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra have been united for many years by fruitful cooperation. In 2013, a cooperation agreement was signed between the two parties. This was followed by the signing of an agreement with the Ugra State Library in 2014, which led to the opening of a remote access center for the Presidential Library's collection on its premises. In 2016, the Regional Center of the Presidential Library was established in the region. To date, there are more than 80 electronic reading rooms in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra that provide access to the resources of the Presidential Library.

On the portal of the Presidential Library, you can find the collection Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, which contains two collections: Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra: Pages of History and City of Surgut.

The first collection contains studies, essays, official documents, and archival materials that describe the administrative, socio-economic, and cultural life of the territories that make up the modern Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra in the late 18th and early 21st centuries. It also includes the current charter of the region.

The collection dedicated to the city of Surgut contains research, archival records, periodicals, maps, and visual materials that provide information about the history and development of this city.

The Presidential Library also presents collections of documents dedicated to the reunified regions on its portal. The collection Donetsk People's Republic: Pages of History tells about the history of the area that was part of the Russian Empire from the second half of the 18th century as the historical region of Novorossiya. Later, it became the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic and then the Donetsk province and district, and finally, since 1932, it was the Donetsk region of the Soviet Union. In 2022, on September 30, the Donetsk People's Republic reunited with Russia. Official and archival documents, abstracts of dissertations, and cartographic and visual materials tell us about all the major milestones in the history of this area from the 19th century to the present day.
