All-Chinese Russian language Competition "Golden Key" held in Beijing
The Russian Cultural Center in Beijing hosted the final of the "Golden Key" All-China Russian Language Competition, which brought together young people from across the Celestial Empire. More than 300 applicants participated in the competition, including students from Beijing (Tsinghua and Peking Universities), Shenyang (Liaoning University), Harbin (Heilongjiang University), and Fuzhou (Fuzhou University), among other cities.
The participants answered questions about Belevskaya Pastille, Maslenitsa, Peter the Great, and Lake Baikal, demonstrating their knowledge of Russian culture and history. They also performed monologues, creative numbers, and improvisations, singing popular Russian songs. The event was a great opportunity for young Chinese students to showcase their talents and learn more about Russian culture.
It was an amazing and challenging task for the jury to choose the best contestants, as they were truly talented. After a long and hard selection process, the winners have finally been determined, and the awards have been awarded.
