Presidential Library invites staff of regional network to participate in competition

Since March 15, 2025, the Presidential Library has been accepting applications for the "Presidential Library. Regional network – 2025". Heads, specialists and teams of regional centers and electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library in Russia and abroad are invited to participate in the competition.

The aim of the competition is to professionally motivate the staff of the regional network of the Presidential Library, as well as to identify and present the best regional practices and projects in the field of historical education.

The competition is held in three main and four special categories.

Main nominations:

"The best essay about the best head of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library."
"The best essay about the best specialist of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library."
"The best self-presentation "Me and the future of my Regional Center of the Presidential Library."

Employees of the regional centers of the Presidential Library can participate in the competition in these nominations.

Special nominations:

"The best scenario for an event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War / an event about the heroes of the Fatherland using the resources of the Presidential Library."
"The best virtual exhibition of a patriotic orientation based on the materials of the Presidential Library's collections."
"The best concept of the network interregional megaproject "Me, the region and Great Russia."
"The best Internet page of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library / electronic reading room on the library portal".

Specialists from both regional centers and electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library can participate in the competition in special nominations.

According to the Competition Regulations, please send the application and the participation materials (as a separate attachment) to the organizing committee's email address: konkurs.regions@prlib.ru .

One can apply for one, several, or all nominations at the same time.

Applications will be accepted until July 1, 2025.

Announcement of the results of the Presidential Library. Regional Network – 2025 and awarding of the winners will take place on October 8, 2025 within the framework of the Integration Forum and the visiting meeting of the heads of regional centers of the Presidential Library.

Information about the Presidential Library:

The Presidential Library is under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation and is the first electronic national library in Russia.

The Presidential Library's collection includes digital books and periodicals, newsreels, photographs, scientific and educational films, dissertation abstracts, archival documents and materials reflecting the history of Russian statehood, the theory and practice of law, and the Russian language as the official language of the Russian Federation.

Full access to the electronic collection of the Presidential Library is provided in the reading room located at 3 Senatskaya Square, the structural divisions of the library in Moscow and Tyumen, as well as in the electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library, open in the Russian Federation and abroad.
