Presidential Library takes part in scientific conference "Victory as Pattern of Russian history"

The Presidential Library is co-organising the scientific conference "Victory as Pattern of Russian History". The event will be held at the Russian Institute of Art History from 5 to 7 May 2025.

The aim of the conference, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, is to reveal the regularity and interconnection of big and small victories of our people throughout its history, in all spheres of its life: scientific and industrial, cultural and political, spiritual and material.

The event is attended by historians, culturologists, art historians and philosophers.

At the plenary session of the conference the report "Axiological factors of victory in hybrid war: problems and prospects" was delivered by Igor Viktorovich Solonko, Director of the Department for Scientific and Educational Work of the Presidential Library, Professor, Doctor of Philosophy.

The conference will cover the forgotten and/or incorrectly interpreted facts of Russian history related to small and great achievements of our compatriots; identify and describe the achievements borrowed by other countries "without reference to the source"; trace the interrelations with brotherly, friendly nations and determine the prospects of multiplying joint victories as inseparable achievements of Russia and other countries.

Special attention is paid to the influence of spiritual, moral, cultural achievements of our people on the formation of military, industrial, political victories, on the embodiment and development of the phenomenon of the regularity of victory in Russian history.
